Keep Casting

... casting all your care upon Him, because He cares about you. - 1 Peter 5:7

Have you ever loaned someone something and never seen it again? I had a friend in New York who used to say that a tool he had loaned to another person "forgot its way home." You might even have something currently lying around your house that (for one reason or another) never made it back to its rightful owner. A good friend in Africa once let a friend look at something, and they just walked away with it!

Did you know that there are also some things you can give to God that He will never return? These are your worries and cares. Do you have any today? Of course, you do. Each day new challenges arise to test our faith and trust in God's provision and peace, but these trials also offer new opportunities to cast our cares upon Him, and He promises that He will never give them back.

Just keep casting.
