Live Forever Now

After these things Jesus was walking in Galilee, for He was unwilling to walk in Judea because the Jews were seeking to kill Him. - John 7:1

As the public ministry of Jesus grew, so did the animosity of those who opposed Him. In the beginning, Jesus seemed to avoid provoking their anger, but as time went along He did nothing to hide His evaluation of their wicked legalism. It was almost as if Jesus knew what He was doing and willfully controlled the events that led to His sacrificial and timely death on Calvary (Yes, that is sarcasm. Of course, He knew!).

Jesus orchestrated His entire life, even in the early avoidance of those who sought to kill Him. A premature encounter would have required a premature revelation of His omnipotence and would have sent an erroneous message concerning His ultimate mission (salvation, not judgment).

Live today with a view of forever. Jesus did.
